Reviews of Key Impressions , LLC
"Key Impressions is a great company to hire when listing or selling your home. The agents take care in everything they do to help you in all your real estate needs. If you are a real estate agent and are looking for a company to join I recommend Key Impressions. The broker/owner Kimberly Gettle is awesome. When you join Key Impressions you are not only joining a team of great agents you are part of a new family of diverse people with all kinds of knowledge and skills."
"This company is so easy to work with. They truly care about their clients and what their needs are. I loved specifically working with Lisa St. Pierre she is a joy!"
"This is hands down the best brokerage in Pensacola. The agents here love what they do and LOVE their clients. The agents are selected for their integrity and great work ethic. Ongoing Education is a top priority. If you are searching for a highly competent agent who goes above and beyond, look no further."
"I recently purchased a house in Myrtle Grove. The selling agent for the house was Melissa McKnight, employed by Key Impressions, LLC. The selling agent was completely absent during the entire process. I only actually met Melissa during closing. My real estate agent had to the be the one updating the prior homeowner of the status of the sale. I was informed this was due to Melissa having personal issues. I can only equate greed as to the reason that Melissa wouldn't defer her responsibilities for the sale of this property to another associate at Key Impressions if her personal issues were keeping her from doing her job. I paid $15,500 over the asking price of the house. My only request was $500 in repairs for electrical hazards in the home. This request was immediately declined, but I was assured that the selling agent would provide a gift card to Lowe's to assist with repairing the safety issues. No such gift card was received. Upon final inspection of the property, the house was disgusting. The prior homeowner left up tons of what only can be described as junk: old dusty fake flowers, old dusty window "treatments", Easter baskets, used hemorrhoid suppositories and cream, deodorant with hair on it, used shower shoes, used shower loofahs, and so much more. It would be take an incredible amount of time to list the trash that was left in this property. I have attached photos of the property upon move in as proof. The trash ended up being over 7 feet tall. During the inspection, I asked our real estate agent to reach out to the selling agent to have the trash removed, no response was received. At closing, I spoke of the issues directly with Melissa, the selling agent. She stated the contract stated the window treatments were expected to remain with the property, no such language was in the contract. I proceeded to explain to her that it wasn't just window treatments (see the paragraph above detailing the trash left). She apologized several times, insisting that she would have an individual come by to pick up the trash. Over a week went by with the trash not being removed. I continuously reminded my real estate agent that I needed this trash removed. I then received a screenshot of a text that was sent one hour prior that someone was trying to get access to the house to remove the trash. By that time, the guy was long gone and no longer available to remove the trash. I then had to rent a trailer and dispose of the trash myself at the landfill at my own expense. As stated previously, I was promised a gift card as well as a "welcome home" gift basket. Neither of which was received. This company is a complete joke. Melissa and Key Impressions should be embarrassed that they would sell a home that had so much trash in it. Melissa is a lazy real estate agent with no regard for her customers. With all of the options of real estate agents in Pensacola, Melissa McKnight and Key Impressions should be at the absolute bottom of your list. I would never use them nor recommend them to anyone purchasing or selling a home."
"When I saw that 1 star review on here with no details on why the 1 star, I instantly knew I needed to go to bat for Kimberly. Here's my experience. We were trying to sell our primary residence at a time when all the odds seemed to be stacked against us. During our time working with Kimberly, she advised us to do some things to our home that we initially questioned. But we decided to put our trust in her, instead of what we thought. After all, it's what she does for a living. Boy did it pay off BIG TIME! We sold our home for more than what we expected to get and faster than expected because of her work and advice. She also managed to get us into our absolute dream home simultaneously, which had its own unique challenges. The stars aligned and we got it all done in a matter of just a couple of months. I will NEVER use another realtor. Kimberly is THE GO TO realtor for Pensacola and the surrounding areas. That is my honest review of Kimberly's service. Oh, and she was also very kind, polite and professional to my family throughout the process, even when we did not agree on things at times. I'm thankful she had the courage to disagree with us and advise to do things that would make it happen, and not tell us what we wanted to hear. That takes bravery. And, we live in a time when people cannot even be polite and professional. This was not my experience with Kimberly. So that's my honest review. I hope it helps you have confidence that she can make it happen - when no one else can."
