"One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Bugs in the room, neither the television or heater worked. When I expressed my issues, tha e manager said " Welcome to my world" Breakfast consisted of lukewarm coffee and 2 choices of hostess donuts."

"They respond to all the reviews saying they take cleanliness and guest comfort seriously but its just lip seevice. The floor in our room is slimy and slippery. Room is dirty. Bathroom door doesn't close. Pillows and blankets are musty. Free breakfast is just hostess donuts. Room was cheap though. Probably because no one wants to come back. I don't recommend staying here"

"Geoffrey A. Ballotti This is a hotel that places refrigeration trucks that vibrate your entire room and hum all night long causing anyone to lose sleep. The attendant will blame you for wanting it to stop, make excuses for the driver while they had to write as you would, on a form what their vehicle is. It's right never to the window and a continuous hum and vibration permeates the room beside it, where she placed us. You also will have a double charge, one hold charge and a same amount charge on arrival if using the app, about $85 charged 2x for this instance. This location has a surprise $50 charge when you arrive in addition to the $85 charged 2x ($170 about plus $50 deposit) The attendant will place the driver of said Ryder refrigeration truck in a quiet room, while you suffer beside their truck, she was not very nice about it either. This is a avoid location for family, the breakfast is a simple donut, nothing to drink for any children, not family friendly at all. She's very rough without apology for your high pay tourist area, a noisy night. Don't you all go to a hotel to have a vibration and hum of various loudness up and down in loudness all night? Want to be charged on your credit or bank card twice, plus give the location $50 more on arrival? No? She waited several hours until past midnight to try to relocate us to another room, but was told about 9pm, she said the noise would stop at 11pm. This is not whether its refrigeration or running engine, its a loud noise and vibrating room, see accompanying photos. The rooms are very tiny as compared to other hotels for the same price. It is very tight and not very pleasant or comfortable at all. Does your child drink coffee for breakfast? No? No juice or milk for children for breakfast, 1 donut. This is what they called a breakfast, this is a money draining poor sleeping condition hotel, they do not care if your blocked in your parking lot by vehicles towing trailers either, as that had also occurred there. This is the worst hotel for tourist or family, possibly for anyone because a hum and vibration regardless of reason, are not why anyone comes to a hotel. The space to walk in the room is extremely confined, not a family place for anyone visiting the area. This is more a truck stop with a tiny parking lot, the large truck park across several parking spaces each, leaving room for more accident potential as the parking is very confined. This location caters to large trucks and anyone with trailer trucks, those are the priority over anyone else. The hold amount is your card is charged twice, the same amount is held hostage. You need to have $85x2, plus $50 dollars or your stay amount (x2), plus $50 Your money is held hostage, its basically theft because your think your paying once, they should use the hold amount, then charge it, not charge a hold amount, then charge your card again at the hotel again once there. This is a truck stop catering hotel, it's not for anyone looking for peaceful sleep, rest, the main reason for any hotel is the bed, beds. High odds of a very noisy stay, high traffic lobby with the attendant friends, child, family. Your concerns are dealt with by a very nasty attitude, regardless of how polite you are. We're some of the politest guests, stay at many hotels, many years of stays in various hotels. She was mad at us, yet the noisy truck was her priority to defend. Avoid this hotel at all cost! The breakfast is 3 tiny convenience store mini donuts in a package. Complete sham! AVOID AVOID AVOID this location at all cost, your stay at a rest area or even a truck stop is the same as staying at this particular location, it is NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY, the rooms are extra tiny compared to all other Super 8 Hotels. They are NOT THE SAME. This is a truck stop catering hotel, taking up many spaces that customers could be using each, your window can have a truck blocking any view. The hotel attendant was not nice! She brings her child and family and friends to her job, guests are not a priority, at all! They are! AVOID AVOID AVOID this LOCATION."

"Stayed here as soon as we entered we were greeted with a smile...the lady at front was super nice and took good care of us...room was pretty clean. No bugs at all. Beds were comfy ..thank you so much. The only downfall is hallways smelled bad and I think if they rip it up and just use tile like the rooms have would be just fine..."
