"I've been staying here for the past month and half. Checking in on Monday, leaving Friday, repeating. Upon checking in I have to pay a deposit per day I stay. I understand businesses have their protocol. However last night, a dog barked at least 5 consecutive hours nonstop. I informed the front desk clerk (FDC) and inquired about partial credit or a 1-day refund because of this unfortunate situation. The FDC said I should have informed her at the time, even though it was 1:00 a.m. The FDC then said she could have put me in another room. I had to reiterate to her I've been there for the past five weeks, and that room since Monday. Then FDC referred me to a manage that would be in later that day. I already know how this is going to play-out. If I'm still being charged a deposit, per day, per visit, without any damages to my room, I know a partial credit will not take place. Do Not Stay Here."
"I don’t know how this motel has so many review about good cleanliness, that was the opposite of my experience and I had 3 separate rooms I was moved to. First room, the door didn’t latch, you could push the door open from the hallway without a key card the floor was also unclean. Second room was filthy, the floors, photo of something gross in the AC vent. Third room also had a dirty floor, the air vent was better but still dirty, and someone had covered the smoke detector with a plastic bag and woman’s headband. The woman at the front desk was helpful, but don’t let the reviews of this place fool you."
"The rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean, the inside of the room was good. My only concern was that when I looked out my window to the little back yard they have, there were two trash cans in the middle of the yard and a whole toilet right outside my window. I have pictures to prove it."
"We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. Renovated in 2019 with new floors and paint. Beds were very comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Good sized desk and luggage space. Clean sheets. Functioning fridge, toaster, coffeemaker. Front desk staff that night and morning were very nice. Would stay here again. Plenty of parking."
