"I rarely write reviews. However, this property has won my heart and respect. The hotel is definitely decent and a good location. But what makes this hotel stand out from the others is one of the staff members. ARMANIE... SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND HER JOB FOR GUEST.. She is their best asset, in my opinion. From a personal situation that I encountered, it has shown me that there is still hope for this world. And for that, I will always come back and recommend this hotel as long as she is here.."

"This was the worst stay our family has have ever had. It started when we checked in. We were told by the 1-800 number guy, with whom we reserved the room, that the hotel was pet-friendly and there would be no need to show documentation of our service animals. When we checked in this was not true. So, we were lied to. We booked our stay for 3 days. When examining the room upon entry we saw trash on the floor and an unopened bandage. This was a very small matter to us as we joked saying that the room came with a free band-aid. When we laid our heads down to rest on night one the pillows smelled of perfume. We still did not complain. The second night we had a minor mess on the duvet cover and I took the bedding apart to clean it up in the bathroom. This is when we discovered the small to medium blood stains on the comforter. I went down to the front desk to get clean bedding and spoke with the front desk attendant, Armani. She took this matter seriously and gave us compensation for the night we ignorantly cuddled up with someone else's blood stains on the blanket. With the fresh sheets and comforter on the bed we stayed that second and third night. When we prepared to leave the hotel we emptied the room of our belongings and, as I have experience as a house keeper, we stripped the bedding to help the housekeepers out. When we stripped the bed we found a huge blood stain on the right top of the mattress (where our heads had been). We were so disgusted and shocked that it is no wonder that I mistakenly left my laptop charger and other miscellaneous items in the room. We went down to the front desk to check out and spoke with the front desk attendant, Marque. She called the sales associate over (initials P.E. we never got his name) and they wanted to see the photos we took of the stains. Once they saw the photos, the manager (who never showed face) gave the O.K. to compensate us for another night. To pay even one dollar for a night to sleep in such filth is unthinkable. And we paid full price. We specifically chose this hotel because it was supposed to be the cleaner one in the area. Our family is expecting a child soon the last thing that we wanted to do was lay our heads where there is a chance of catching a blood-borne disease or illness, such as HIV. It is a good thing that we trust the LORD God to protect us and not this evil corporation. The final dealings that we had with the staff there at the Courtyard was when we got home and realized that I had left some things at the hotel room. With the circumstances surrounding our stay I would have expected the Courtyard to work with me in getting my belongings to me. It seems that my expectations were to high for this place. It is sad because we are not picky people. The lies, trash, and perfumed pillow could all be overlooked but when there were MULTIPLE blood stains revealed unto us we could not stay quiet. If you are planning at stay at the Courtyard by Marriott I would recommend doing a full room examination before giving them your card information."

"We stayed here four nights in December. The hotel is nice, clean and rooms are mostly well appointed. Bedding is not great but comfortable. We did note that there is virtually no space for hanging clothes. We had requested a handicap room for mobility issues and apparently this had some bearing unknown to us on closet space. I informed the front desk we would be keeping a luggage cart for our three large hanging bags. He told me that "they" come looking for the carts and "they're very noisy". He wanted to argue but I kept asking where will we hang our clothes? Finally he relinquished and said he would "speak to the manager" and it would be ok. Well, thanks Marriot! It was over the Holidays and the coffee shop was "closed" for two days of the four days we were here. One of those days was after the holiday. Although, when open the barista was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was a different story altogether. On our first night we asked for extra towels and none were supplied. Towels were eventually supplied the next morning after another request at the front desk. On the second night we had an "accident" that soiled the bed linens. The following morning we specifically asked for clean sheets. Upon arriving later that day, the room had been cleaned and bed had been made but they didn't see the visibly dirty sheets! It was our experience that housekeeping either didn't do what was asked of them or they were not very observant. That night we slept on the top sheet in a dirty bed. The following morning we asked again to have the sheets changed and explained this had been missed from the day before. The front desk explained she would tell housekeeping but "couldn't make any promises". I thought to my self ok, this is unlike service Ive had before at other Marriot hotels. Later in the day I stopped by the room and noticed the bed had not even been touched. I stopped at the front desk and she remembered my issues and apologized and said the cleaning crew had all left for the day. She then offered a fresh set of sheets "if I wanted to change them". This was a positive step and I accepted the fresh linens. All in all I like the location, hotel and staff but management needs to get the housekeeping under control. Urban Cowgill December 2023"

"Great service. The sales director left a personal note for me in the room with a bottle of water. That touched me. I found the room very clean and organized. Absolutely no noise and the people are very friendly. I would book again if I am around this area. Keep it up Josh and Diana!"
