"Went twice on separate vacations to Lost Key Golf Club and I can honestly say that it’s my favorite course around the area."

"We love everything about Lost Key but especially wanted to call out Victoria in the club house restaurant. Every time we are in, she goes out of her way to be friendly and personable. She is a big part of why we continue to come back and eat there! Thank you and keep up the great service!"

"What a disappointment!!! We played Lost Key yesterday and things were a challenge from the start! The man working in the proshop acted like we were an inconvenience by even being there and playing. We got 3 sets of rental clubs, 2 male and 1 female. All 3 sets were FILTHY! (The picture below is how all the irons looked when we received the rentals) My father's set of rentals didn't have an iron lower than a 6 iron, my set had two 8-irons as well as two 3-woods, but no 5 wood and my sisters "female" set, had some graphite shafted irons and also a 4 and 5 iron with a stiff steel shaft! The men don't get a 4 or 5 iron, but the ladies do?!?! LOL I will give them credit for having nice greens and they rolled pretty well! That is where I will stop with the nice course conditions, as this place was ROUGH! You can see from the photos that the fairways and collars were in bad, bad shape. To top things off, the beer cart gal's iPad wasn't working, so we couldn't buy drinks with a card and my father's golf cart ran out of battery on hole 5...so we just gave up after 9 holes and went to have oysters! A plug here for Salty Pearl Raw Bar, as the oysters and service were great!!! I have no idea how this course has good reviews and ratings...I would stay far, far away!"

"I have been playing at Lost Key since it opened and I have never seen it in worse shape. The staff was not helpful, the food was subpar and the golf course was in terrible condition. One tee box was completely burned up. Visit another course if you are playing golf in Pensacola. Lost Key is no longer worth the $$$."

"Overall, disappointed with my experience. For starters, the staffs vibe was stuffy and stuck up. When calling to book a tee time, I was offered a hostile and rude attitude by an older clubhouse employee. I was actually laughed at when I asked for tee time openings between a specific time. Online, the course gives the feel of a luxurious and expensive experience, country club-esque. The prices reflect. However, the course did not live up to the hype. The tee boxes were decent at best, and the fairways weren't in great shape. The greens however, were really solid. Some of the best greens I've played on. But I found myself incredibly unimpressed with the state of the fairways and tee boxes. If it weren't for the greens, and the challenging nature of the course, my rating would be lower. Between the staff, state of the course, and prices, my first time at Lost Key will also be my last."
