"I'm leaving because of the conflict resolution tactics and did not even feel welcome or safe to stay here any longer. In 1 week I had to take cold showers. Had no stove for 2 days the plumbing is atrocious. I woke up sick having to use a toilet very badly and couldn't use it because it overflowed.( They should put a sign up or at least leave a plunger) Water everywhere I slipped and hit my head. Had to drive to McDonald's To use the toilet couldn't get ahold of them because their phones were turned off for hours. Ive been sick for the past 5 day because of not being able to take care of my basic human needs on top of the noisy neighbor upstairs, stomping around every single hour of every night for the past 2 weeks. I asked for some sort of compensation for everything that I went through for the week because I was unable to work for over four days. They said the management probably won't do anything.Which I was willing to accept but what happened next I was not prepared for. They waited until I left, went into my room, invading my privacy. Sent me a letter Focusing blame on me.. And I didn't have to stay here if I didn't want to. Also I need to pick everything up from the floor and put it in containers and neatly stack them if you can believe that. When you're abused because of a complaint, that's toxic. The rules here are ridiculous. You're not allowed to use a command strip to hang a picture. They say they will come in to your room anytime they want to inspect to make sure you didn't leave a dirty dish in the sink! I was allowed to move to a newly renovated room. And then they kicked me out of that because the electricity was screwed up. If you do stay here don't ever complain about anything unless you like to be abused."

"Old, tired and run down,; but they're remodeling. It's quiet but very overpriced. It is extremely quiet and peaceful here with great and friendly staff..no pool, fitness center or store. They don't even have quarters for laundry which is upgraded. Update: supposed upgrades to Water system was supposed to be off from 9a to 5p. At 6:30p the water finally comes on. 7 p. Laundry still not open. $1498 per month for a view of storage containers I called office at 6 to offer free assistance as I work in hospitality as an engineer No answer Four of us who live here attend Marcus pointe baptist church. Maybe I shall get them involved?"

"Great, inexpensive place to rest your head, either overnight or for the long haul. I'd give them 5-stars, and I will, once the remodeling is completed, which includes a renewal of the laundry. For long-term guests, it's like renting a furnished apartment. The management are nice people who will not intrude, unless you need something. Location is great for public transportation. The ECAT has a bus stop right outside. It is near several restaurants, a grocery store, bank, fitness center, auto parts store, and a farmer's market. The fairgrounds are within walking distance."

"I am a current resident. I wanted to say that Tammy the team and the maintenance guy are hands down the best group that I have ever worked with. They are cordial, prompt, and take time to listen to concerns and are very quick to address any issues. Outside of the team this hotel is quiet and a very pleasant experience. I must say very lucky to have found a place like this to call home for a while. I would recommend to anybody who asked to come down and give it a look."
