Kings Terrace

"My car was vandalized between friday night 12/22 -early morning 12/23. At 11:26am is the first time i see my car has really bad damages. I have not moved my car. Someone did a hit a run. I park in a spot where two cameras are facing my car. I went on Tuesday after the holiday to ask property manager Harvey if he could check the cameras to see the description of the vehicle. He refused to see himself and told me to call law enforcement i called law enforcement and they went into a room took less than 10 minutes and the cop came out saying there is no surveillance. I ask why? Since the purpose of cameras is for our security right? Every building has a camera. Harvey intervene and stated one of the ladies forgot to upload the internet that connects the camera. I ask Harvey , " why are you not up to date with maintenance? It's your responsibility to keep the condominiums well functioning especially cameras. This condominiums has constant break in , robberies, etc. I am not the only tenant that has been a victim of there car being vandalised, broken into and hit and runs. Harvey takes zero accountability for running the condominium. He replied aggressively stating " I was not here, I am not the one who hit your car. " I was taken aback with his unprofessional response because A. I did not accuse him of the damages. B. I know he was not there because he is never present in the office. Harvey also stated to contact my insurance. He also stated he DOES NOT have to show law enforcement cameras and i should be grateful that he is allowing it. What????? This the property manager that controls and MANAGES king terrace, Harvey. He takes ZERO accountability. Did not offer any help for my damages. Many people's cars are being vandalized, hit, broken into and Harvey does NOTHING to improve the community. Kings Terrace MUST have a property manager that is COMPETENT. This community is suppose to be a family community. Cameras should be working all the time ! it is there responsibility !! Rent here is not cheap and the treatment here is absolutely horrific do not live here PLEASE. I am emotionally distress. Harvey nor anybody else in the office showed zero remorse , zero sympathy, and were very nonchalant of my situation. This place is not safe your car will get broken into or vandalized. This is a picture of my car with the very apparent damages."

"I have lived in these apartments for over 5 years. I love my apartment. They are good at keeping the area clean and presentable. I would like to think I have a good report with staff. They have been nice and welcoming to me. Prior to COVID, maintenance staff repaired any damages reported in a timely manner. However, I hate that there is no parking for visitors. As someone stated, "I feel like a prisoner." No outside company allowed. In which, even inmates get more visits than I can. Whoever designed these apartments did not take into consideration residents may have more than one car to an apartment. If there is a 3 family apartment, it is possible that all 3 may have a vehicle. In addition, there are too many parks that are not being utilized that could have made for more parking spots. Overall, I would recommend Kings Terrace apartments."

"Poor Customer service...Your vehicle will be towed even if you are a resident...Not worth the headache.Security will tow for anything even when they Notice a resident sticker. THATS HOW IGNORANT THEY ARE. You have to lawyer up and document everything to make them look stupid.There are better rental communities this not it.Avoid at all cost."

"The real problem on this building is the managment (ileana and harvey) they don’t know what they are doing!!!! They don’t care about the residents at all... the building is a nasty place they know it and they don’t do anything. The security consume drugs with the residents and don’t care either. This building can be for low income but that doesn’t mean that you have to deserve that type of management... they are not proffesional and all the time are like upset in person and on the phone. I do not recomend this building. PMI FLORIDA SHOULD FIRED ILEANA AND HARVEY!!!! Also they have crazy people living there"
