"IT IS VERY HARD TO GET THING REPAIRED INSIDE OF THE UNIT. I DON'T CARE HOW MANY TIMES I CALL THE LEASING OFFICE. ALL THEY TELL ME IS SOMEONE WILL BE THERE. BUT THEY NEVER COME."

"So disappointed in the fact that nothing is being replaced nothing is being fixed no matter how many times you say something. No parking trash everywhere no control over the tenants ppl just do and treat ppl any kind of way and all they say is call 911. Now youre bout you start issuing fines. It’s a lot more too it. This is supposed to be a gated community. The gate is never working, and then when the gate is working, the gate stays open so long that 15 cars can pass through after someone into their code or after someone goes through the residential gate. It makes you feel very uneasy and unsafe people cars are getting broken into windows are breaking and there’s nothing that we can do about it. There are so many unregistered tenants living in these apartments unregistered cars dogs that weigh over 100 pounds and nothing is being done about it. UPDATE The longer I stay here the worse it gets! The property manager ( not going to put her name) allowed a felon with a gun to live in the apartments. After multiple complaints. This man finally fell off his rocker pistol pistol whip 2 children, and he still being allowed to live in the apartments. This place is not safe at all. Liberty city wasn’t even this bad. A few months prior there was a man who let off 15 rounds into someone’s apartment. The property manager refuses to turn over any video footage. They refuse to fix anything. It’s always an excuse as to why they aren’t doing anything."

"I wanna start off by saying they can’t keep nobody decent in that office;that right there speaks a lot of volume.For years my husband has been asking for things to be done in our unit and it went over their heads and the favorite line is”it’s not within the budget or there’s no funds right now”.Riddle me this;how is formerly Cornerstone(FPI Management) getting all this money from residents and from Section 8 vouchers and there’s nothing to contribute back into the community.Truth be told a lot of people are residing here because it’s all they can afford right now in the Miami market but they don’t deserve to be treated as such.Before I stir the pot I do want to acknowledge Christine(THANK YOU)for stepping up and coming out to my unit and physically seeing what we’ve been sending emails about for years;the carpet in our unit was nasty and dry rotting and when the washer overflowed one day it made it worse;a month later it was approved to be replaced with laminate flooring.Kitchen cabinets not within the budget but they holding on for dear life been this way since moved here.They dry rotting and this where the roaches hiding and mating at.Our children bathroom sink rusted so bad where it started breaking,once that happened it started leaking and the vanity was done;mold and mildew formed(it was replaced)after I had to go shift my tone in person. Both bathrooms;the tiles on the wall are painted WHY?? Why are the bath tubs painted?? Hot water heater went out last month and called the maintenance emergency hotline after hours no answer;the maintenance man just came last week along with a stack of other orders on his clipboard. What’s priority here???? Hot water is an essential for daily usage. Washing machine broke going on 1 month;I have communicated it;AGAIN not within the budget and I can’t be approved to purchase my own.However it’s becoming a tad bit pricey washing clothes every week to make sure your children has clean school uniforms and your husband has clean work clothes;I can’t continue waiting on budgets to get approved something has to give besides the monthly fee from the washer & dryer being deductible from the rent. How can a big corporation as such has no urgency to the concerns of their tenants?? How can a tenant just move here last week with NO refrigerator in the unit???HOW??? When the last time have the heath department came out and did an inspection;this not the back blues whey aren’t these concerns getting addressed in a timely fashion???Sad part about it a notice gets out quicker then a completed work order. When is corporate going to intervene and investigate what’s going on because there’s no way every tenant complaining about the same thing!!!!"

"Ok! I’d like to thank the new management for the improvements here in the community. I think we need bigger trash cans. All the dumpsters here begin to overflow frequently. Front gate is being maintained regularly to help keep secure operations. Dogs must now be on leashes (some people still not following suit on this) but I do see most dogs on leashes for the most part. Sidewalks are being pressurized regularly thank GOD. Hopefully the pools will be open soon, it’s been years at a time at this point. Thanks to the new management team once again I really appreciate all the positive effort to get the community back to where it once stood. (Gate broken unsafe community 8-21-23) (02-01-24) slacking on the monthly pressure cleaning once again. Duck urine and feces beginning to pile up onto the walkways once again. Hallways not clean, need pressure cleaning. Work orders consistently going unfilled. Leaky faucets, rusting fixtures etc"
