"Management doesn't enforce anything. If you pay your rent on time you can do whatever you want - dog feces surrounding the building, blasting music in the middle of the night, smoke to the point the entire hallways smells. Parking garage also isn't secure - no gate and unregistered guests come in an out as they please. Couldn't move out fast enough."
"I enjoy living at The Boulevard. It's a fairly new apartment building in the chic MiMo district and it's been almost a year residing in my apartment. The building is stunning and so well kept, the security is great and I feel safe at all times. The leasing office especially Walter and property manager Nicole are amazing to work with. The maintenance team including Jose Paz is great and efficient! The team does a great job with resident mixers and keeping it fun every month. I believe this is one of the best apartments in Miami, no doubt - from the beautiful building itself to the amenities and views, it offers everything under one roof."
"It has been two months since I moved in, my experience has been excellent. From the staff to all the facilities, the atmosphere is clean and works. The apartment itself was and remains in great condition. I have a kid and it’s kid friendly, he loves it. Romina was very helpful getting me moved in quick and with any information I’ve needed. The are safe, the people living in the building are great, over all a great community and a great choice for a place to live."

Barbie helped me out of tour hours initially, she was very important, the experience was incredible, she helped us throughout the application process and allowed us to move in as soon as possible! thank you! In addition to this, the amenities are absolutely great! My favorite leasing offices in Miami, and look how hard it is!"
