River Oaks Marina and Tower

"River Oaks tower is located very close to the ship yards. It is close to the airport and we have to depend on a driver or Uber. The tower lobby is under renovation, which is not bad. But it was looking very dusty and un-chic at the time of our arrival. The short term lease on the rooms were adequate enough for a few nights of stay. Fairly clean and operational. What disturbed me the most was the sound coming from the AC which is located inside the apartment unit. Loud and must turn off before bed time. Which makes you wake up in the middle of the night if too hot. There wasn't really a concierge service. Pool was closed too when we stayed."

"We just moved here, loving the place. Geraldine is such a gem, she and her team have been extremely supportive during our first week in. The building is in great condition, the gym is always clean. Amenities are on point. The staff is always in a good mood and ready to assist."

"Good: 1.inside clean, clear, simple. 2.view is very good. 3.kitchen tool very new,like new. Bad: 1.WIFI is very very very Bad! 2.under airplane cross, so very noisy sometime."

"I moved in last year, my apartment view is amazing! I am able to have my dog with me. The management, leasing office, staff are provide a good customer service to myself, especially now during the assistance to renew my leasing. They are all courteous and seem to really care if I am happy now. The staff is friendly and takes care of any work requests needed, work orders are handled in the order they are received. The location is not in a Class “A” area, but the good part is that the place is close to everywhere in town. The building offers valet service. The front desk and valet staff are always friendly and accommodating. I am happy to continue to be a resident at the River Oaks Marina & Tower."

"I have been living at River Oaks for the past 6 months and was referred by my best friend that has been living here for the past 2 years. I have to say that after reading some of the reviews from different websites I was kind of skeptical about moving here because of everything bad people say; however, I had a different experience every time I would go visit my friend and really loved the building and the way it was kept. When I moved in few months ago they were doing some upgrades to the lobby and some of their amenities and it actually turned out to look very NICE. My favorite part is the gym and the little sand area that makes you feel like you are on the beach, kind of like Nikki Beach. I love my apt., I have an amazing view to the city and river. The staff is very friendly at least the few times I've been in the office they are very helpful and welcoming. Overall I LOVE living here.. So far I have nothing negative to say. Yes, there's is limited parking but I was told by management there may be changes to fix this problem, hopefully is soon. I would totally recommend this place, at least go and try it just like I did and then make your decision. I am sure you will have a great experience. Hope this was helpful. Best of luck!!! :)"
