"I lived in Las Brisas for a year and the absolute BEST part of living there was the manager Isabella !!! She is absolutely amazing and helps you with anything you may need. If I ever had any problems, she would solve it immediately and wouldn’t hesitate to answer whenever. She made my living experience at las Brisas the best. I’m giving the rating 4 stars because the apartments aren’t the newest and the location isn’t ideal….there are good appliances and good space but not the best I’ve seen…..Isabella though is the best manager I’ve had."

"I’m a tenant at Sunshine Lakes apartment, and I must tell you. The property manager over at Las Brisas Isabel, works over at my property. I must say hands down, the most helpful property manager Patrick could have on his team. I sat and watch a tenant come into the office and was highly upset about his water bill. Isabel de escalated the problem by provided premiere customer service. After thoroughly going through the tenants portal and giving him a run down on his bill. The customer was highly satisfied, and thanked Isabel so much for all her explanations, and how she took her time to explain something that was just a slight misunderstanding that could’ve been a huge escalation. Isabel showed professionalism at what she does on a daily basis. Best property manager Las Brisas could’ve have."
