Unique Motel

"I've been to this place MANY times., to the point where one of their clerks knows my preference lol. Anyway, this is an overall review outlining all my experiences. I've been there enough to know which rooms to avoid, etc... Having said this, this is not a standard hotel, its not made for overnight stays, if that's what you're expecting, DON'T COME HERE. This is a partial day rental where you rent for 3 hours min and can increase time. It's made for people to have privacy. (read between the lines) That being said, it allows people with bad agendas to use these places for their own needs, hence the reason to limit room occupancy to 2 people max. (FYI if you want a 3rd, you can, but it's extra, don't be cheap, just pay the bill and have the fun). PROS: Overall clean updated rooms with options for many fun amenities depending on your room style such as jacuzzi (they even include bubbles unlike executive hotels which don't, stripper poles, bondage cuffs on the wall, sex mats outside of certain Jacuzzis so u don't wet your bed, sex chairs, couples showers, fun lighting, adult movies, etc..) Price is very fair for what's provided, and in my experience is the best option out there. I like the drive up check in also, and the ability to buy some drinks, snack, and/or toys as well right at the window. Parking is available in spades here, some other properties only have parking available for one vehicle so if your partner drives themselves they may not find parking or waste time finding parking. CONS: The flooring they selected in the shower areas is DANGEROUS, I don't know who their architect was but they chose the most slippery flooring possible and you will bust your head if you're not careful, they don't play when it comes to your time limit, they call 15 mins before and let u know its time to gtfo. There are occasions when something isn't working, I've had Jacuzzis not heat up or hold water but when I've called they've accommodated me with a similar room, (which is a positive) but my issue is I'm not credited the time lost while they figure out what to do and I've lost 20-30 mins which is an extra go that i miss out on if you catch my drift."

"This place is no good I just get ouf of it, house skipping don’t speak English, I pay my room until 8 am today They come knock on the door without confirmation that I need to check out, I told both of the ladies I pay until 8 am It’s 4:20 am my time not over she was mad and rude wanna enter the room, I left me and my Girlfriend, when I go down to return the key care,at the check out I asked her why you came to my room so early? She oh sorry sorry was a mistake I look at her I said really , was at the middle of my sleep you guys come for no reason, And I left. Never come back to that place no good at all Do not go there people."

"Disappointing Experience: Unprofessional and Disturbing Incident at this motel As a frequent customer I have generally enjoyed my stays and appreciated the convenience and affordability it offers. However, my recent experience has left me with mixed feelings and a sense of disappointment. During my most recent stay, I encountered an incident that was both unprofessional and highly disturbing. While my girlfriend and I were relaxing in our room, an individual, who appeared to be an employee of the motel, abruptly and forcefully knocked on our door. The intensity of the knock was so extreme that it frightened and startled both of us. Before we could even respond, the person attempted to open the door without any prior warning or explanation. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable and a blatant invasion of privacy. As a loyal and returning customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and respect from the motel staff. Unfortunately, this incident undermined my trust in the establishment and significantly impacted our overall experience. It is crucial for motel management to ensure that their staff members are appropriately trained and understand the importance of guest comfort, safety, and privacy. Instances like the one I encountered can not only lead to unnecessary distress but also create an unsafe environment for guests."

"Housekeeping is very rude! They do not like to do their job. Just one Very thin sheet for a blanket, the remote for the tv doesn’t even work.. and they over-charge if you want to check in early before 8 pm. I heard a woman yelling for security in the room next door, possibly from a domestic dispute.. So I didn’t really feel safe.. rooms are clean though thankfully. Some rooms are very nice (they have different rooms you can choose from, I don’t recommend the standard room which is the cheapest) I would’ve gave a better rating but this hotel need to take notes on how to successfully run an establishment correctly."

"It is a motel room to rent for a few or longer hours. As cleanliness. The rooms are super clean. And modern. They took their time in upgrading the rooms. The ones on the main building on the second floor ( never been to the ones on the first floor) all come with dancing poles. Some come with funky chair for fun activities while others have his and her showers. I always see services cleaning the rooms. There is security on site. The location is right on Okeechobee but you enter on a side street. There is an apartment building being build next door so once that is complete there might be more or less traffic. Plenty of parking spaces. A lot of lights outside but very private inside. Staff seems friendly. I have never had any issues."
