"Front desk is undeniably RUDE. Rather than work, and answer phones to take reservations, they put you on "Hold" without even saying hello. Their version of hold is simply putting the phone down so you can HEAR every word of their conversations, their phones ringing, the cups of ice being swirled around....but they cannot seem to do any sort of work. I may be blonde in my photos, but i speak speak Spanish and could understand that the "staff" simply refuses to work."

"I've been here several times. Most of the rooms are great. Location is ideal. Service has gotten slightly better from mediocre. They aren't very polite let's just say. Anyway still a good time."
"There's not a lot to say. It was super clean, which I loved. The bed were comfortable. I give it only 4 stars though because our room had not one bit of soap, only shampoo. And our toilet was a little iffy and was in desperate need of a new seat. Other than that, it comfortably served its purpose."
