"Very crowded location in terms of traffic, but to be expected near an airport. The woman at the desk was extremely kind, and considerate with our situation. I at first was frustrated because I couldn't get ahold of the facility to ask for an early check in. I ended up checking in at the normal 3pm time and she honestly changed my mind about the customer service provided here. We will absolutely be returning the next time we are here for work. Very comfortable, and clean. Some of the furniture could use a coat of paint but other than that it's very well prepared and the customer service in person has been fantastic."

"Not fond of this place mostly because the wifi hardly worked at all during my 3 night stay-and not at all the last 12 hours. I was given a room just across the street and I was getting 2 mpbs on my speedtest app v. 200+ when I was standing in the lobby-where the router was! They need to put in a simple $100 wifi extender in that building. The room was just strange. No chairs-no table. Just a beat up old end table at the bed-apparently it was found some prior day out by their dumpster. No art at all just grey beat up walls yet the bathroom was sparkling and modern-it appears to have just been updated which was a strange juxtaposition with the rest of the decor or lack thereof. Finally, the coup de grace so to say, were the front desk staff-all seemingly Bolshevik style aggrieved Cubanos who have yet to have been taught by the Castros how to smile. Chill, comrades, chill."
