"Very dirty. Used sheets and lots of hair on the bed. Long black hair. I won't recommend this place to anyone. Also, rooms are out of style. Old rooms. It really needs some remodeling. The bathroom where the shower was, it was missing some tiles on the floor. Also rooms are all smoking rooms. And let's not talk about the entrance through the stairs. Very filthy. Stairs are very dirty. Garage dirty."

"You need to honor the things you guys have . There was a sign that said you guys DO allow all day renting , weekdays & weekends with the prices included . Why is it everytime I go ( before / at checkout time ) & you guys can never honor it . I have the paper that says Monday - Sunday you CAN RENT for a whole day but yet today the lady said it’s only weekdays regardless of what the paper THEY made said . It’s very inconvenient & annoying with you don’t honor the things you’re offering especially if I show up ( first come first serve they said)"

"Worst stay ever.. asked for the champagne room and was giving a regular for the same price!! So when I went to the office to ask what happened since it’s not the room i originally asked for she rudely told me all the rooms are occupied instead of her telling me that before hand she just took my money so then I asked for my money back and she refused to give it back. I couldn’t even enjoy my night the lady had no remorse even tho it wasn’t the room I had asked for and I feel like I was over charge. Never come here again!!!!!"

"My stay was below subpar. The guy Jose I believe his name was was very much rude and disrespectful. Asked him multiple questions about the surrounding areas and what was close. His responses were that he didn’t know and didn’t care to help. The room was one of the nastiest rooms I’ve stayed in. Mirrors were streaked up the room smelled like mildew and when you turn the ac on it smells like mold. The bathroom still had items from the previous stay the tub had stains in it and the bed had hair and stains on the sheets. Asked for my money back and was rudely told no with no further explanation from the front desk if there was an option for a negative star rating I’d def give a negative 5 stars. And shout out to Rosa for booking these nasty unclean rooms."
