"Rented this place as work apartment. People that lived here were mostly nice but there are some that will park in your driveway and block your car in. This happened numerous times and had to have car towed. When you end your lease, make sure you take pictures of everything after you move out, management decided to keep my deposit and charge me extra even though apartment was professionally cleaned,"

"Absolute Trash Customer Service. Me and my family went for a tour. We were helped by Giovanny. The tour was great and gio was good as well. Something went wrong with the application and not only did nobody offer alternatives but i was told to email 3 people about the issue ONLY to get a response by 1 person 3 days later. Once they have their money thats all they care about. I applied at another NICER and MORE EXPENSIVE place and had ZERO issues! If this is how they treat NEW business imagine the way residents are treated when they have an issue. Glad i didn't rent here, STAY AWAY."

"Not what I expected when I saw the condition of a particular unit. Outside of the property was ok the playground area was very small it appeared to be a 10x10 area that had a small play gym for the kids, for such a big property I feel that the playground should be larger. Lots of pet friendly pets in the area if you have pets, but home is where your heart is, and what you make it. It can be a beautiful place."

"The worst place to stay. They take forever to fix stuff. Example... leaking roof... it took them over 6 months to get someone to fix it. They said to put it in writing if you want stuff done here... Manager Erica own words. They have a lot of pest control issues. I used my pest control products and bomb the place over 3 times, and they show up after a couple of days like nothing happen. They say they have there own pest control that comes out... but no one showed the time they said they came. Then they make many excuses. They paint there tubs and other stuff to make it look new. After a couple weeks, you start to notice the tub peeling.... Use any products to clean the tub and nothing works. And now that I move out... they are rude as ever. I asked to be present when the inspection is being done. But when my husband arrived to the place. Erica stated if he steps in the apartment... she will have to charge us another day. What type of mess is that? What's the purpose of giving the option to be there and we can't go in to see what you are writing down? When I call in and asked for my deposit... Erica said they keep half or 500 of the deposit for administration fee and the other half will be determine on the condition of the apartment. However the assistant tells me that it takes 30 to 60 days to get my deposit back!"
