Super 8 by Wyndham Pompano Beach

"Check in was slow the front desk guy seem like he didn’t want anyone there the place is very old and sheets where burnt and stained won’t be back!!!"

"A very big disappointment at this location. We had booked for 3 nights stayed one night and left. The room was a disaster- sink facet broken - came off in your hand. The shower hand nozzle mount was broken - to shower you had to hold the unit all the time or spay water all over the room. The toilet seat was broken. The soap holder in the shower was broken off the tile leaving a hole in the wall. One lamp was not plugged in - upon inspection a prong from the cord was broken in the outlet so nothing could be plugged in that outlet. The tiny closet had one hanger. If the bathroom door was left open you could not get into your room as the 2 doors swung into each other. I was not expecting a high end hotel, but this was so substandard my husband labeled it the Bates Hotel. We would have left right away but were traveling with another couple. We roughed out one night but would tell everyone to stay away from this place."

"- Bed sheets were simply DISGUSTING. I had to ask for clean ones and change them myself. While changing, found SAND underneath the dirty ones. - A permanent water leask from the shower head, coming all the time. It was like there was someone habing a bath while we were sleeping. - Air Conditioner noisy as hell. In the morning some airplanes passed by the building, and their sound were more bearable than the air conditioner's. - DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY floor. Beyond the impregnated dirty, there is a lot of dust / sand. There's no way we can walk barefoot inside the room. - Poor quality soap. I couldn't find another place to go in the same night I came in this place, but I'll make everything possible to have a decent place for my second night in Pompano Beach."

"It's not worth a star. March of 2023 we found bed bugs and very disgusting. Never stayed there! Paid 189.00 and now fighting for my money back. Should be condemned! Disgrace to beautiful pompano beach. UPDATE: Ive called the hotel just about every other day and hotel management will not call back and I have not recieved my money back yet! I definitely seen bug beds! Even without the bed bugs I wouldn't have stayed there."

"I have never seen such dirty rooms, I understand that the hotel is old, but it does not interfere with vacuuming the floors in the room! basic cleanliness! we and my kids can't walk barefoot in the room! they gave 2 towels for 5 people, and when I asked about the baby crib, they said we didn’t have it, although I indicated in advance that we had a small child. My worst experience ever in this hotel! The hotel had breakfast, but when I asked, they said that they canceled it, for 4 months no one even warned about it!I read that all the reviews about the hotel are terrible, but the administration does nothing with these, but only writes how sorry and sorry!"
