It truly made my living space feel special. 2. **Two Pools, One Rooftop:** Having not one but two pools was a real treat. The rooftop pool, in particular, was my go-to spot. It's a rare gem that sets this complex apart. 3. **Friendly and Efficient Maintenance:** The maintenance team here deserves a special mention. They were not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly efficient. Any issues or requests I had were promptly addressed, which made my life so much easier. Overall, I can't recommend this apartment complex enough. It's a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service. "This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in This place is completely run down. We have lived here for 3 months now and everything is constantly broken and completely unsafe to use. The elevators look like they will breakdown at any moment. THE WORST NOISE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED living in an apartment. Management doesn’t do anything to implement and regulate the rules, so the residents don’t follow them. The rooftop and pool are supppsed to be closed after hours. They do not regulate this. So many people party at all hours of the night. We live 2 floors down from the rooftop and we can vividly hear them move chairs all day and all night long. We have called the office over 7+ times to complain and they still have done nothing to regulate this. Sometimes they send out an email that does absolutely nothing. We have been woken up pretty much every single day since we moved here by people on the rooftop between the hours of 12am-5am and management does nothing. The entire front of the apartment complex can hear people drag the chairs from the roof ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT LONG. The photo was added and taken at 2am. A lot of the reviews talk about how nice the staff is here but a nice staff doesn’t equal a staff that actually cares about you, your comfortability, and your safety. I don’t see them changing the furniture or fixing this issue anytime soon so I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE UNLESS YOU NEVER WANT TO SLEEP."
