"I’ve lived at Heritage Cove for almost three years now. Although I’ve had a few minor issues with things over the years, they were always addressed and overall my stay has been very comfortable. The apartment was really nice, and the pool is definitely the best looking pool in the area with the way the large palm trees are designed. I want to call special attention to the manager Paige who went above and beyond to assist my friend recently, by adding her to my lease in a timely manner—which in turn helped her be able to spend more valuable time with her son. It’s rare you find a manager with that level of compassion and caring to go the extra mile for someone!"

"Have been residing in heritage cove for 3 years now. Everyone at the office has always been very kind, professional and helpful. All the maintenance crew as well too whenever there has been an issues in our apartment. We love the community as well they have monthly food trucks, the pool, the gym, the club, dog park and tennis courts. My fave part is the pool and jacuzzi area, a lot of pools are cold but ours is kept clean and a decent temp. The lake it beautiful too and all the animals there we get to see. We feel safe and home here in this community."
