"We have been living here for 7 years now and we love it! Our little community is so peaceful and comfortable!! Debbie is doing a great job at managing things and Mario, Jimmy and Felix (our maintenance crew) are doing a phenomenal job at keeping this place looking great! If there is ever an issue we are confident they will get it taken care of! We look forward to owning soon but we genuinely couldn’t be happier with where we are at now! "When I moved in here we did not have speed bumps . They put some in a few months ago . I am not happy about it because they are made very poorly . My cars axil has fallen off because of them and has caused many more problems on my vehicle. No matter how slow you go over them your bound to damage your vehicle . There is no way those speed bumps were approved . Because of all the damage done to my car from the speed bumps , I will be taking legal action very soon ."
"After living here for a few months it has its good points. But be aware that if it is raining, you can not get into your apartment without getting soaked, same if your leaving for work. There are no gutters and no sign of them being put up. It's the worst I've ever seen. If you move into an older unit you eventually have to move to a newly remodeled unit and with that comes rent increase. As to be expected. Every one seems nice but most are non English speaking with is fine, because I can communicate. It's not horrible but definitely needs some attention. In my opinion Maintenance is spectacular, live on site. Do the lawns, and every trash day they bring every can back to the place it belongs to, which I've never seen before. So it has its ups and downs. I'm sure there are much worse."
