"I contacted my sister who lives at Astorwood and who loves her place, about a unit there. She gave me the Prperty managers number anf name. I spoke toMr. juan Echaves over the phone. He was attentive and reassuring. I filled out the supplication on line and he took care of everything else. Within 15 days I was on my way from the cold north to a much warmer climate of south Florida. I would like to thank Juan for his attentive support during my journey to Florida. My new home is adjacent to my sisters. Now I am close to my family and friends."

"I wanted to share the fact that after filling out an application for Astorwood . Afraid that I would not get an apartment. I opened the door to the office and received a friendly greeting along with a warm .. His name is Juan . You see I have mobility issues and was worried about not getting because of my problems. Not only did I get an apartment Juan had one picked out with shade tree over the porch off the side of my apartment. I was unable to get into the apartment due to steps being to tall for me. Alex Mr fix it for the community put stepping stones in front of my door/ walkway up to my door. He made it possible for me to get safely in my door. Also want people to know that the property manager each time I go to the office comes out and comes down the ramp to see what I need. He says that he is doing that because he does not want me to fall. Want to live somewhere that people care about you. Astorwood Place is the place for you."
