"I have been in this community now for over 3 and 1/2 years. Management and maintenance are just amazing always willing to help and always return calls and emails. I would love to give it five stars but the front gate needs to be fixed"

"Multiple maintenance issues that go for weeks before they are addressed. I was there for two years and suffered thru 9 roof leaks. appliances that are 20 years old and broken down constantly. the maintenance staff is incompetent at best and the office staff is inattentive, dismissive, and if you get on Rene's Sh1t list, then your lease isn't renewed and no explanation is given. Neighbors are a whole different story. loud music at 2am. pot dealer 2 doors down and the smell of pot seeps thru the walls from neighboring apartments. I was paying 1405 plus water/sewer and the rent on similar apartments is now over 2 grand.... RENTER BEWARE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED"

"The below text was posted in hopes that the management would improve her resident communication "non" skills... wishful thinking!!! I completely understand why most residents are terrified to complain about anything for fear of getting on Renee's bad side, trust me, I've been targeted by Renee for years and I am FED UP!!!! How many residents in the Estates of Stuart still own their property? Because it's turned into one big apartment rental community and the rentals get email notifications on items of updates and changes and I have to get the rentals to forward me the emails so that I know what's going on in my own community. ...Rene and Veronica in the office are great! I love my place, I bought it about 10 years ago. I love the layout of the 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The grounds are always beautiful and the gym and pool are AWESOME!!"

"Awesome quiet community! I have happily lived here for almost 4 years and many others have been here much longer! The grounds are always beautifully kept up, the pool area, gym and the rest of the amenities are always immaculate and in good order. Rene and her staff have always been top notch in every way and extremely timely in addressing any issues that may arise. The property is one of the more charming gated community's around the area and only a short distance to all of Stuarts hot spots including the beaches and only minutes from Florida's turnpike and I 95. Don't believe the negative comments. This is a great place to live and play!"

"After living there for 6 years I am satisfied with my renting experience at the Estates at Stuart. Sure, sometimes parking can be an issue for some residents however I've never had any trouble. What i did enjoy was a neat, quiet and a safe gated community within walking distance of downtown Stuart and just minutes away from I-95 or Turnpike. Overall i would definitely recommend The Estates at Stuart for anyone looking for a nice apartment/condo."
