"The employees that work in the office are not very nice at all and I can never get them on the phone no matter when I call them. They have been charging me a fee for a few months now for not having renters insurance, when I in fact do have rents insurance. It takes a month for them to do any maintenance on my apartment."

"I lived here for over 8 years almost 9. Now, this is going to be a long honest post. Before I start when I moved here it was GREAT 10/10 this was under Marline, Rene, and Albert. They were very professional, always understood if anyone needed an extra day or 2 to pay the rent. They went above and beyond. Everything started going down hill during the pandemic. At this point Marline had quit and was the last person left. Then the other people started coming and going. Every few months it was new people. The complex started getting worse and worse. Fast forward to when Demaris(the worse of them all)? and whoever else works in the office took over. Horrible service. Rude. Unprofessional. Never answered the phone DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Claim they are open on weekends but they are not. The laundry room is disgusting. Half of the machines never work, the dryer does NOT dry your clothes, or they are just extremely dirty. Anyone can enter the pool area (the card doesn't need to be used to enter. CRAZY because when we first moved here, we had to use the card to access everything. They do not care who moves in as long as they have money coming in every month. In my building on separate occasions and different families, there were a bunch of people living in one apartment. The other neighbor was using his apartment as an Airbnb. Let me not get started with the OLD RAGGEDY appliances and roach infested apartments. I complained multiple times about upgrading our appliances and roaches living in them. They would always send a fake pest control company. I swear they only spraying water. ALSO, There were quite a few tenants with mold in their units. And let’s not start on the ac units that always break ESPECIALLY during the hot summer days It’s sad to see a place I called home for years go down hill the way it did. I raised my children there and made memories. However, don’t let the size of the apartment fool you. That’s the ONLY great thing about it. The amount of money you are paying is not worth the stress. For an extra 400 a month get you a unit with washer and dryer, security, awesome amenities, and professional leasing agents and office staff. For those on here stating the office people are nice and professional, must be friends, or got some incentive to say that. That is an absolute lie! Their own maintenance men would come and tell us about them and that is why majority of them are gone. I do not recommend this complex to my worst enemy. I will reiterate again before 2020 with the OLD office staff…this place was 10/10 don’t let any thing fool you. TRUST ME"

"I applied for an apartment that they had listed for December. They told me that it was under renovation, so the date might be exact. I told them it wasn't a problem. I got a call a week later from someone else saying that the ex employee wasn't supposed to give the apartment away because it was being renovated. I told them I don't mind waiting. However, they said that they couldn't give it to me because of the housing market, so the price may change (meaning that they might get more for it around that time. That's absolutely disgusting to me. They are so greedy that they want to wait to see how high they can push up the price. They told me that they would refund my money back, but they failed to tell them that I would get in a check in 6 to 8 weeks!! Update: it's been four months, and I still haven't received the check. The new manager told me that my check was mailed out, and to call back on Friday. She failed to mention that they would be close that week due to Christmas. I still haven't received my money! Response: I have spoken to your office. They have no idea why I haven't received my money yet. The corporate office hasn't supplied a tracking number as proof it was actually shipped. I was supposed to get it two weeks ago!!"

"I have been living here for over a year now!!!! I have to say that Damaris in the office has been nothing but professional and accommodating to our concerns. She always makes sure whatever it is it gets done and it’s done in a timely manner. I just wanted upper management to know how efficient she is an amazing asset to your company"

"I rate them one star but I really want to write them as an f. I Believe that this community is not fit to be in business. We've been living in this community for over 6 years never ever been laid on the rent even during COVID We always pay one week. before the rent is is due We work 7 days a week and put in long hours at our jobs so we barely home. And the mannequin had the audacity to tell us that we had to vacate our premises without notice and there's no one we could talk to about it. There are several tenants that have small children that damage the property make noise after hours and they are destructing the grounds yet two people at the age of 65 that bust a hump to pay their bills we have a no way to dispute this. Please think about moving here because everything is a day that you walk in on eggshells before they tell you to leave The office management are terrible and abusive to their tenants as well. I am really hoping that somebody from the main office get to read this and call me. So we could discuss it further but as it stands right now we're just going to do what we got to do. And we let of everybody in God's creation even my 5,000 plus followers going to know that this community. Has a terrible reputation and should not be in your thoughts with renting for a place where you plan to spend a long time in. Thank you for responding but this is not true no one from the office contacted me or give me any reasons why you guys want to not to renew my lease"
