"Rented a cabin for my husbands birthday & it was terrible! Heat didn’t work properly, bugs everywhere, the hot tub in the suite couldn’t be filled because they water wouldn’t stay hot long enough. I attempted to let the water pressure build back up but after an hour gave up. The air hockey table was broken & one of the toilets smelled like sewage AVOID THEM at all cost"

"Not worth your time. The amount of disorganization is astounding. Wasted a lot of time with these frauds, but I’m glad it didn’t work out as I wouldn’t want to spend another second with their rude, unprofessional, and untrustworthy staff."

"Terrible customer service. Our group stayed at one of the cabins in Gatlinburg. The well was broken when we arrived. Notified them. It couldn’t be fixed. Our group of 15 had to ration water usage (when it worked) and many went without showers. It ruined the trip. No resolution, no partial refund… I’d stay far away from Sea and Sky Rentals."

"I wish I saw these reviews before I booked with this company on Airbnb. Similar to everyone else who reviewed here, we are contesting our charges with this company. I had to cancel my trip due to last-minute surgery and the hosts refused a refund. Even more disgustingly, they wanted to cancel my reservation, keep my money and also double book the listing to receive double the profits. Absolutely shameful and disgusting practices."
