"Always enjoy staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites! The surprise of the beach area was fabulous along with the Tiki bar right on their private beach. The pool was amazing as well as the breakfast, service and upkeep of the building and grounds. The room was quiet and comfortable and clean. One small negative: water sports (kayaks, paddleboards and pedal boats) are offered but at additional $25-40! I paid $400 for the room for 1 night and think that could be included in your room rental along with a drink coupon at the Tiki Bar. One suggestion to housekeeping: please dust the ceiling fan and sweep off the balcony."

"This Hampton Inn has such great potential to be amazing, the location is great, the grounds and little beach area are gorgeous, fabulous landscaping and pool, super cute tiki hut area for lounging and cocktails, but… the cleanliness and lack of upkeep in the rooms just ruined it for us. The room had a strong, weird “musty meets disinfectant “ smell the whole time, some of the furniture was in poor condition, the curtains were moldy, the sliding glass door had a child’s smeared handprints all over it, the shower handle was broken (housekeeping had to come and turn it on just enough so we could get a short, weak shower). I’ll attach pics. It’s really just too bad because this place could be a gem!"

"It looks better on the inside than outside. However, their outdoor areas are great. Nice little beach, big outdoor bar area, which wasn't open Sat night or Sunday noon. You can rent fishing rods at the hotel and go fishing in their backyard canal. We saw a family of manatees there. Although $400 a night is a little pricey for this chain but I guess that's the Keys prices."

"The location is perfect- on a beautiful bay. Pristine cleanliness in the rooms and throughout the hotel. All the staff provided a stellar customer experience. Thank you to all the staff- and especially Erta. Can’t wait to come back! ❤️"

"Very disappointed. We stayed there one night 2 weeks ago while on our way to the Key West. The room smelled of wet dog. Very run down and in need of complete refurbishing. I asked for extra clean sheets to place on top of sheets on the bed. Toilet seat in need of repair. Apparently it’s been that way for awhile. The cost of this room for what it was. Not worth it. Will never stay there again! Yuck."
