"Let me start off by saying we loved our room. 2 floors, plenty of space, nice view of the canal. Very clean. Location was great. Now to the issues we ran into. First, our smoke detectors all started beeping periodically like the batteries were dying. Donna at the front desk through no fault of her own couldn’t do much- and maintenance said “just take the batteries out and they’ll fix it tomorrow.” So my Husband, had to go take all the batteries out and it still beeped. Then he replaced them, and they still beeped. So they offered us another room and we had to move- only option. Mind you I am 6 months pregnant. They made it right by giving us $100 credit, fine. Then one morning the water was off for 45 minutes with no warning. Then they repainting the building the entire time we were there which was less than ideal. Finally, we went to breakfast the morning we were leaving and found a cleaning lady in our room, throwing our food and drinks out before check out time. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Donna at the front desk we would have went and stayed somewhere else. Not worth the headache."
"We stopped in Key Largo for a few of hrs on our way to Key West and we’re pleasantly surprised with this stay. At the price point, we assumed it was a 3 star stay but it was great! The room was 2 floors with a bathroom and a half. The balcony overlooked the canal with live music just across the water. The staff was all wonderful and the room was so clean. We would absolutely stay here again."
"Front door can easily open without key, only one person can take a shower with hot water, layout of unit was nice, not impressed with the cleaning. Floors are dirty had to wear shoes all the time. Great location, staff was very nice. Pool was nice."
"We enjoyed our 4-night stay here. The place was clean and well kept. We appreciated having a kitchen and eating on the deck watching boats go by in the marina. The pool was clean and also had a nice view of the marina. We also walked to several good restaurants in the area. Another reviewer mentioned the music from a nearby bar-- our room was further away fro so that wasn't an issue for us. We would stay here again."
