"Terrible place to live. Very old buildings for the price. Constantly had to put in requests for the decrepit white appliances. AC leaks constantly even after many repairs. The tile squishes when I step on it from all the leaks. The roof is stained brown from all the water leaks, and when I called the front office to complain about my work orders being canceled, the property manager, Julissa (very sour person) got very nasty with me. I’ve never had someone speak to me like that before. The price of rent has raised at least $150 every year since I’ve been here but the buildings just falls into worse and worse condition. There’s a reason why Emerald Palms apartments are always open for leasing, but properties across the street have no vacancies. Moving out was the best decision I made, renters beware!"

"We are SO incredibly grateful to be part of the emerald palms family. Our house truly feels like a home. From the moment we met Arly and Julissa we literally felt as if we found our safe haven. Arly was so incredibly active in her pursuit to find us a unit that fit perfectly for us. Julissa, I can’t even emphasize enough in how she really made it happen for us. All in all, It was a team effort! It felt like the universe and fate placed us exactly where we needed to be. Before discovering emerald palms we felt such a rush to purchase a home. However, because of the market we decided to put that on pause. The immense amount of love and dedication we’ve received from the leasing office, the maintenance team and our neighbors - it’s safe to say we ain’t going no where anytime soon. "I love my apartment. Its a big apartment. A quiet place, and really clean.Is also a great location. When I have any situation in my apt they respond very fast. I really like being here. My only issue is that they dissable the bank account as a payment method so I paid with my debit card and they charge me about 76$ dollar more by using my card. I write them to fix this but still disabled. And the other thing are my upstairs neighbors, they made too much noise, like running, jumping or something all the time… starting late nigh, like 9 pm, and early as 5 am. I cant barely sleep, im a health care worker i need my sleep time."

"Emerald Palms is a complete 100%…..Edwin is the best at what he does!! The people in the office are always so helpful and so professional! Maintenance crew fast and effective!!! The place itself is a very quiet place at anytime! Safe and most of all the apartments are extremely comfortable! Don’t hesitate to pass by and check them out!!! For me living here has been a decision I will never regret!"

"After one month living at EP my experience has been good! The pros: Location is great, everything you need is close, good rated school around, very calm and nice place, good place for kids, the staff at the office are very nice and helpful. The cons: rent rate is high for vintage apartments, old appliances with often issues with these and that! Overall its a nice place to live if your not picky!"
