Sunhouse

"I have lived here for over 7 years and this is as honest as any review can get. these apartments are super overpriced not to mention they charge you for everything plus. Security is "on-site" but never seems to be found. also, be careful not to get your car towed at any minute, because there is never enough visitor parking for your guests (which they also charge for). the apartments are beautiful and are new construction but don't be fooled my apartment had to be serviced multiple times for the horrible job their contractors did. the community does have very loud disruptive neighbors who smoke, but is a great location for your family to live especially with kids or dogs. all in all, I never had any problem with the place Gloria in the office was such a sweetheart but has now been replaced by a gentleman named David who seems to have a strong character and was always bothered when I needed to speak to him. I would just say be careful if you're moving in here as your rent will be raised every year. you do pay for parking, pet fees, water, trash, insurance, and visitor parking. again I loved living here but unfortunately it is a waste of money if you're looking to stay here short term. not to mention they have their own employees writing great reviews of the place just to make it seem better. be cautious."
