"I have been living at this apartment complex for quite some time now and I have nothing bad to say it’s been nothing but a pleasant experience. All my maintenance needs were satisfied and handled with professionalism. Danielle has been a delight to work with. Fantastic property manager. The maintenance team have been a pleasure to work with. Any issue I had with my unit which was minimal. We’re handled perfectly and have been satisfied each time. I had a 2/2 and it was a cozy spacious unit. Prices fairly. 0 complaints. I will 100% be referring any all freinds/family to this place to live. Thank you for all the memories I was able to have at this complex. The pool is great btw. Great bonus living here."

"What an awesome place to live. The office staff is very nice and understanding. I've been here for 3 years and I haven't had any issues. Maintenance is quick and efficient, there's enough parking, sometimes they even have found trucks come by at a discounted price, outside is clean and maintained. I'm happy that I chose Fairways!"

"The rents are high and may be proportionate for the area I’m sure. The maintenance is poor; not because the staff aren’t great but because I think they need more staff. So many areas of the structure need repair and upkeep. Not crazy about corporate for profit apartment complexes that deliver very little for a lot of money. This is one of them. Updating my review to 2023 - Staff are great and do the best they can. I'm sad to say the place still spends little money on making the property nice. When I visit, I'm depressed. I can't imagine how residents feel walking through the area daily. I'd love to be with the owners doing a walk through this property. Would they want to live here? Would they want their families to live here?"
