"I dont understand how this place just continues to get worse and worse. Rent spikes by hundreds each year. The trash valet fee has gone up from $50 to$60 but you put it out for them to pick up, they never come, the raccoons have a feast then maintenance snaps a pic of the mess and the office charges you an additional $60 for the mess. Went from paying $1300 to $2300 in 3 years but nothing is updated. The appliances are breaking down every week. After not checking my mail box for a week or 2 the key didn’t work and I had to wait a day to find out they moved my box without notice. No explanation from management by the way. Now that is a sketchy situation that I’m still looking into. The roach problem is discusting. We had to call in our own exterminators. Trash piles up everywhere everyday. Now to top it all off there are booting your car with no warning. With that said the leasing office is luxurious and pristine. RUN!"

"I don’t regret to say that my experience at Arium Coconut Creek has been nothing short of a nightmare. The leasing property seems utterly oblivious to the needs of its tenants. The apartments themselves are not only roach-infested but also appear to be relics from a bygone era, hastily covered in layers of paint in a futile attempt to mask their decrepit state. Parking is a nightmare, with cars consistently being booted despite supposedly having a parking permit since day one. The property management team appears to have a remarkable talent for ignoring complaints and maintenance requests, leaving tenants to suffer in silence for weeks on end. And let's talk about the valet trash service – a laughable concept considering the trash is never picked up on time, resulting in yet another fee if you're unlucky enough to still have your trash out when the next day rolls around. The result? A delightful landscape of trash piles decorating the property like some kind of avant-garde art installation. Speaking of maintenance, don't even get me started. It's like pulling teeth trying to get anything fixed around here. It takes an eternity for them to even acknowledge an issue, let alone resolve it. In conclusion, Arium Coconut Creek is a pitiful excuse for a living space, where tenant complaints are dismissed with a wave of the hand and maintenance issues are left to fester like a wound that refuses to heal. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy living in squalor and being treated with disdain by those who are supposed to serve you. And NO, personally there is absolutely nothing you do to fix this problem with me. The reviews say it all. You all need to do better in that office, such a shame. Not to mention I got greeted with a warning about being charged for trash from the new property manager. I would’ve never known we had a new one if I didn’t get a call about trash being left in front of my door since valet does such a terrible job although we pay them lol. RUN YALL!"

"As a resident of arium for a little over 3 years I must say my experience has been very unpleasant. All they care about is money. Rent goes up by 250 dollars every year. Trash is everywhere constantly, they take forever to fix things in your unit, and they just started booting cars without thorough warning today. So it just keeps getting worst. Although my first year here was decent. I must say the new management is despicable. I wouldn't recommend this to place to anyone who values integrity."

"I have been a resident of Arium Coconut Creek for 2 years now and honestly I was disappointed with the previous manager Veronica. She had zero people skills, plus the property was always ridden with trash. People were not complying with her generic messages and lack of fines for property violations. The place was unkept compared to now. The property is clean and welcoming. When I inquired, I was told that management has changed. It was a breath of fresh air. Ms Kadian, the new manager and her team are very friendly and they get things done. I have also noticed that they stay on top of property events. People are paying their hard-earned money for a peace of mind and a clean environment when they get home. A management team that ensures that, is worth having and worth highlighting. Thank you!"

"Update: This place in hands down unsanitary. No one has picked the trash up in two weeks. I really do not recommend this place. It’s deceiving to the eye but all you’re paying for is a fresh paint job. These pictures are just an example of what you see constantly. The grounds are absolutely disgusting and full of garbage. There seems to be no grounds maintenence whatsoever and trash just piles up everywhere. The list goes on. I heavily heavily do not recommend it."
