"My husband and I lived in Celebration Pointe for 14 months in total. At the time the manager who was able to assist us was very helpful to any questions or concerns that we had when we initially moved in. So based on our experience there are obviously both pro’s and con’s to living at Celebration Pointe which is subjective to my husband and I. PRO’S: 1. The maintenance team is the best and upper quick and efficient to any issues. Jr. and is team are very quick to attend to any maintenance requests that we both had. To be honest within living here we only really had 3 major maintenance issues that were fixed relatively quickly. 2. The grounds and immediate surroundings are always kept clean and the velvet trash company comes on time to collect the trash on time. 3. There Coral Gate park which is in walking distance which is great for families and kiddies and also a two dog parks so this is a pro for families with little ones – we loved this as we are expecting and loved that we could have gotten some exercise. 4. Parking is almost never an issue unless coming closer to the weekend and late at night but my husband and I never had an issue with parking. 5. The area is safe, never had any issues with crime or unwanted visitors CON’s: 1. Storage is very limited and honestly sucks, the biggest closet will be in the master bedroom, there is literally no storage in these apartments so you have to find the weirdest places to store items. 2. The kitchens in these apartments are so small especially if like you like to cook, these kitchens are made for people that don’t cook often. 3. The duck’s in my opinion are such a nuisance, I hated it as we lived on the ground floor and I never understood why people continually feed them in front of our apartment and also when they are fed they may defecate in front our property and the smell was atrocious, these ducks are such pests in my opinion. 5. The amenities i.e. pool and gym are pretty small and nothing major but they work for the community, but they get super busy on the weekends like utilization of the bbq pits. 6. Note that you do hear your Neighbours above you (as we lived on the ground floor) which I believe is a normal standard in apartment living but just be aware, if you have noisy ups stairs Neighbours would would hear it below All in all we enjoyed living here and never had any issues, we were grateful for our home and had an amazing view of the lake so it was very relaxing but as with anything it was time for us to leave and move on."
