"Who ever runs the office has terrible customer service. I walked in to acquire about a 2/2. The moment I walked in I can tell she was annoyed, she didn’t greet with a smile and slammed the phone as if I was interrupting her . I didn’t even get her name because how abrupt she was all she stated was it’s over 300 people on the list and I’ll be waiting for over 5 years . If doing the bare minimum to keep your job was a person it’s her . I feel bad for all the senior tenants there ! She’s not helpful and nice at all ."

"I must have to say that since the old female manager left. Carmen is doing wonders it is like night and day. The building is clean, things work much better than before and must of all there is a better ambiance around this building. What we should do is get rid of the residents that do not cooperate with the cleanliness and security. We must watch and report people who do not belong in the residents list, especially the ones under age that are disrespectful and spend time in the stairway or in the parking area smoking marihuana...."

"I've been living at Arbor View for a few months now and it has been a pleasant experience. From the time I first visited to inquire, to actually getting the key to my apartment, I met Carmen at the office and from day one she was very supportive, helpful and professional in guiding me and advising me on the wait and application process. The building and surroundings are kept clean at all times. And the office staff specially Carmen responds quickly and in a friendly manner to any concerns."

"It was a pleasure moving into a brand new building with upgraded appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms and a washer/dryer in each apartment! Our Public areas are very well appointed with a modern influence. The clubhouse area (where all our functions take place) are as nice as anywhere you can find with a Big Screen TV, Side by side refrigerator, couches and ample tables and seating for game nights. We’ve had New Years Eve and Super Bowl Parties, Fourth of July Barbecues and an Ice Cream Social this past week. There is also a computer room and a gym. Our maintenance men, Pedro and Reuben, always greet us with a smile, are always there and open to whatever needs we have. Paula and Iris are the On Site Property Managers and are there to assist with any issues. The Landscaping is attractive and professional. The pool and hot tub area are beautiful; encased by a built in grill and lounge chairs. The best part of living here are the many friends I’ve made. We all take care of each other! The reason for 4 stars has nothing to do with the building or Staff here. The reason being, that, some of the residents do not take care of the building as well as they should."
