"After living here for almost a full lease, we’ve enjoyed our experience overall. We’ve had some mishaps with our unit such as mold, but the team put in effort to remediate the issue. We look forward to renewing our lease and all the changes to come in the community. Parking kinda stinks though. :)"

"Since we moved into Pinebrook Pointe at the end of October 2023, this community has been nothing short of welcoming and beautiful. The community is always well maintained and kept at the highest standard. We love the location and surrounding restaurant and shopping center options. The walking paths are amazing for our pets. The only concern we have is the limited amount of guest parking available."

"My family and I have been living here well over a year now and this place hasn’t improved at all. The gate still hasn’t been put up so random people are free to come in and out whenever throughout the day and night. The gym still hasn’t been updated even though we were told when moving in the gym would be updated. Parking is atrocious even with assigned parking and my trash hardly ever gets picked up even though there’s a trash valet. However, they have the nerve to add extra trash fees when the job is already executed poorly! Aside from all that was previously stated, my main issue with this place is management and the leasing office. Unless the staff in the leasing office is showing property or trying to get you to sign, they are the most difficult to communicate and interact with. They don’t really care too much for their tenants because unless it’s the AC, every time there is issues or problems, nobody in the office responds in a timely manner. When they do respond it’s never straight up answers. Their answers are cryptic and beat around the bush never really addressing the issues or a solution. Or they will claim they need to run it by upper management who takes even longer to answer if at all. Part of me feels they use that as an excuse to buy themselves sometime to not handle the situation. But then they always want to have the demeanor like they are being bothered and/or put at an inconvenience for having to actually do their job. It’s quite frustrating, disappointing and exhausting to deal with! I’m not even going to get into the payments system for paying rent because that’s something else in its entirety. Overall, it is safe to say my family and I aren’t renewing and will steer anyone away who inquired about our experience!"

"Parking is awful. Maintenance tries to cheaply replace things and my entire deposit was taking for a small tear in the vinyl and the paint chipping around the drain of the tub from normal wear and tear. After talking to the manager they couldn't even give a reason to why my entire deposit was taken and she claimed she would reach back out to me......Of course no call or email was received. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this place. If you have money to throw down the drain move here but if you have common sense STAY AWAY!!!! My move out pictures are posted below so tell me if you see $2000 of work that needs to be done there"
