"Grateful for This community! Living here for over five years we've seen a lot of Residents come and go, but one thing remain the same... The staff was always caring and involved. Thankful for the maintenance stuffwho time after time took care of us and our home needs. They try to create a community environment by Inviting food trucks And having resident events to spoil us. I'd highly recommend this community if you're looking for somewhere close to I75. You have access to many local nature parks. Schools in the area are great. Check it out it'll be worth your time."

"I have been living in coral vista apartments /tamarac for almost 10 years. Never had any complaints about the management till now . Everyday it’s a n issue in here . But the thing that made me so mad and upset , was they took my brand new bicycle (they sent an email but I didn’t see it) and disposed. It’s a tremendous lack of respect ! And now we have another huge issue with the mail boxes that’s has been vandalized for more than one month and still hasn’t been fixed . If we want our mails, we have to go to the post office and wait in line for hours . This is outrageous!"
