"I’ve been living here for 7 years and I love it. The complex is very quite, it has a pool, a little park for kids. When we have and issue in the apartment maintenance is always here to fix things, they also provide pest control and change the filter every month. I would recommend to live here."
"Been living here at mission lakes for over a year and I must say I really enjoy living here! The neighborhood/area is so quiet and peaceful. The office staff are more than amazing and very accommodating. If you have an issue the maintenance crew are really quick and efficient. I recommend living here they are the best!"

"Beware!!!!!!!! I use to live there for many years. Since this current management took over it kinda got worse. The manager basically does what ever he feels like doing. If he dosen't want to renew your lease, he won't. No particular reason. Just because he don't feel like it. They were nice at first but then they changed for the worse. Also, they love going into your unit when you're not home. If you make an opponent to have something fixed or looked T on your day of, they always cancel it the same day and claim that they had an emergency (usually A.C.] problems. They do this all the time. Sometimes the maintenance workers gose in your unit to change the air filter and dosen't change it. I marked mine and saw him on camera going in my unit and asked him what was the purpose for him going inside my unit, he said that he changes the filter. I told him that he didn't because the same filter that I mared is still there. He repeated saying that he changed it. Also when the go around with the pest control, they let the different people from pest control inside your unit wile they stay by your door outside mostly on the phone. So now you have a strange inside your unit that you don't know and who's to know how long he's been working with the company. So he's inside your unit and who knows what bad habbit they might have. Managment won't do nothing. Just give excuses. Please do move in here. You'll regret it after a wile when your comfortable."
