"Apartments are nice! However, the young lady that assisted seemed unprepared. She pulled paperwork AFTER the tour. In my opinion, paperwork should be given first, then the tour. Therefore when we get back to the front, the guest can just leave if they have no questions for her."

"Apartment was spacious and beautiful nice to live in with my family. They responded promptly with maintenance requests. The increase in my rent is the reason I decided to just purchase a home. Danielle the Manger was HORRIBLE !!! She is very rude and literally look you in your face and tell you she didn’t care (without even using the words), the new lady in the office is very nice and patient (I am not sure of her name).My 2 issues I really had was 1. My microwave made a weird “explosive” noise if I was using the stove at the same time (they did look at it a couple of times but could not figure it so I had to deal with it for 2 years I just tried to coordinate my microwave use and stove use). 2. My rent was raised up to 1k more over the 2 years that I lived there (to compete with market however my apartment was exactly the same no upgrades, but they wanted to keep up with the market which I did not think was a good excuse). Overall I enjoyed living there. Pretty safe and convenient to all restaurants and stores."
