"I'm a resident here at Flats since October 2023, and when I say I am overall so happy. The customer service is immaculate here. Let's get started with the lovely Jonathan M. He IS GREAT! His customer service is lovely and they always make you feel heard. Any issue that I have they are RIGHT on it. I even emailed him while he was out of office on vacation and He STILL responded and took the time to hear me out and when I say the issue was fixed while he was on vacation. He does nothing but impresses me! And for that I have to show him his well deserved recognition. Deris in the front office is also very sweet and soft spoken, my son loves saying Hi to her every time he sees her :) I couldn't be anymore happier to be a Flats Resident :) UPDATE: to add on to my review, the roaches reviews are FALSE. I have been staying here since October. Mom of 2 boys and I have not seen any roaches :) My first apt to have no roaches."

"I DONT live here my brother do I was skeptical of going to the office because I wasn’t a resident my Sister Was Down Visiting Sunday we had family day and her dog got loose and ran After the 3rd day I went to their office Johnathan Mayers The Best He allowed me to send flyer he sent a email out later today somebody called they found him in the neighborhood the customer service was friendly it was the concern on his face was process I loved that he felt where I was coming from if I knew about the I would’ve chose to live here I love it here I love the customer and all the help I got thank you so much"

"Stop taking advantage of people and asking for these ridiculous rent prices when these apartments are NOT worth the price. I had a tour and the first thing I saw was a huge dead cockroach. The overall 1BD looked disgusting with old carpet. These people have the audacity to ask for high rent when they have apartments looking like that???? ooo but for 2k++ I can get a "renovated " unit. Not worth the price."

"The Rental Community did not provided what was offered during my stay. The manager at the office did not resolve the following issues: the cameras did not work, the place gate was open during the nights and the pool was closed most of the time."

"My husband and I have now lived in this apartment complex for 3 years. We have been through a few different management companies and while not flawless, we are truly experiencing a tremendous difference for the better. The past year has consisted of a lot of changes to the aesthetic of the apartments. This change has created a more inviting and attractive look to the complex. The management has also improved and is always trying to make sure that they are creating a comfortable place for people to live. I truly have enjoyed living here and look forward to continuing to make this place our home."
