"Checked in for one night stay and there was no tv remote in room. Front desk couldn’t find batteries for the remote she had. Incompetent staff. Got up to the room and the air conditioning didn’t work very well. Would not recommend this place to anyone"
"the room has a very strong smell of cigarettes. I complained but they said they were booked. The floors were very dirty ( badly mopped). It is not good to stay for many days."
"The hotel room was dirty, with spider webs in the bathroom and a bad smell in the room. If they won't do housekeeping, they should at least do a good job before handing them over. I definitely do not recommend this hotel; it's the worst hotel I've ever been to."
"The staff are nice when we got there, the hotel was clean when we first came in. It had a bad smell, every time you come out your room it smells like wet/stank dog, my family stayed their for 3 or 2 months. One time we found dog poop sitting outside someone's door. Their elevator gets stuck multiple times, it stinks as well. The towels/wash cloth looks like it doesn't get washed right, no wash clothes or bed sheets you have to come in the morning or early evening. Worst hotel ever but the hotel supposed to be "new." Their is never parking only in the morning time you either have to park somewhere else or walk super far."
"This hotel was decent but had a foul oder in the halls and elevator. Smelled like lemon, kush and chlorine. Otherwise it was ok. The room is clean. It seems like a lot of people live there though. Signs saying smoke free and 25ft from entrance but people smoking as soon as you walk out. Plus bath tub was a portal to another dimension(see photo). Tub had a big hole in it and tape was put over it. Just when I said no roaches there was one. Glad it was only one. Would most likely NOT be a choice of stay again."
