"Moved in here on Mid-December 2023. Let’s say the previous management wasn’t ready for my move nor did they live up to the expectation. Decided to go to the office in hope of finding someone to talk to, I was met by Cassandra, part of the new management she mentioned, and it was night and day compared to the previous staff. Her attitude, willingness to help and her efficacy was appreciated. Shortly after manager Mark got involved in the situation, he resolved the issues at hand the best and the most efficient way.
