"I just moved in here, and I absolutely love it here. It is in the best part of Naples, the beach is right there and downtown. It’s a small quiet neighborhood and the people are very friendly. Everything is walking distance. The apartments are nice inside and spacious, I love it here so much. Gladys has been an enormous help to me. She is amazing! The apartments are very clean as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better price either, love it already. I’ve lived here for almost two years and Gladys has been amazing. Thank you for helping me whenever I call you!! And thank you to the maintenance men for all that you do. You guys are so quick and efficient in getting jobs done."

"I have living in Jasmine Cay for 18 years and it’s a nice Haitian and Hispanic neighborhood to be in! In the past if you needed something fixed it would take them days to do so and despite the office being a walk away, nobody would be in there and you would have put in a paper order hoping they’ll see it sooner rather then later. But this has completely changed with the addition of Gladys and her incredible team!!! She is always in the office during scheduled time, tries to get to know all the residents personally, and fixes things as quick as possible. Just recently my AC went out and with one quick phone call to Gladys and her team had it fixed within the day!! She is definitely hands one and had made Jasmine cat a better place to live."
