River Reach

"I edited to be more clear. I was with my husband Victor (he is registered). We were tempting to lease here. In person, We ask for a 1 bedroom for me, husband and our 2 little under 5 years old children. But told us that 1 bedroom was not possible. With no other predisposition to see the way, or open to solutions. Next two days we call to ask again because in the other 9 places that we been looking for to lease we do have the opportunity for one bedroom; so it was rare for us. But the tone of voice was not like kindness. We were tempted to choose for the 2 bedroom but definitely for me customer service is priority. Btw she (I won’t say name) never show us the gym. I totally understand policies but is necessary less cold, a cheerfully environment where we can feel comfortable and not that we are bothering . Thank you"

"Smoothest move in process I've ever had. Friendly and professional staff, shout out to Sarah! Most everything is new bottom floor due to the hurricane. Everyone I've come into contact with as a resident has been very nice. They're constantly making improvements to the grounds which keeps it fresh and clean. Bark Park could use a face lift and some more mosquito control, but overall great place to live!"

"I never leave reviews but being my lease is FINALLY over I will. Please before moving here read every word of the fine print. I mean EVERY WORD. Maintenance is an absolute nightmare and if you try to correct them they will storm out of your apartment, being they do things so backwards here. Appliances are extremely old, and you literally get no help here. It is not worth the price it is at all. So look elsewhere before moving here or you will be in for a ride. We had water damage, and water coming in our front window for months that was a nightmare to fix, mold that no one at this place believed was mold when TWO mold experts had tests saying it was. If you call for emergency maintenance they won’t send someone for at least 4 hours OR they will literally forget you even called. So renters beware."

"I moved here from NH in Oct/Nov. I did all my leasing things online so I never saw River Reach until I actually moved in. Dayana was super helpful and friendly with the whole process. Dayana made everything so easy to do through the internet. My parents do live in the area so they did help out with checking out apartments for me. They loved how nice this place was set up and how helpful and sweet Dayana was towards them. I've been here for several months now and I am in love with my apt. I look over the lake and it is so peaceful here. My home in NH was on 5 acres and we had tons of wildlife. I think that's what I really like about River Reach is the wildlife ( my favorite was the momma bunny and her babies, I didn't think to get pictures) and you don't really realize you are in the middle of a city. I only had to call maintenance once and they arrive promptly and were very courteous and helpful. Also I need to mention, my cats are in heaven here. They love being in the sun on the lani and just watching and enjoying the sights. If you are looking for an apartment definitely check out River Reach you won't be sorry!!"
