"The new owners of this building unlawfully evicted all the previous tenants by giving them an 8 day notice to vacate. They did not honor the estoppel for the return of the residents security deposit, and upon the transfer of the property, the current tenants were told “nothing drastic” would happen. Unethical, shame on you. Sarasota’s vanishing affordable housing will have a profound impact on this community if occurrences such as this continue. I have plenty of documentation to back all these claims, so don’t bother threatening me to take this down."
