SUN N FUN PRIVATE VACATION RENTALS

"There are not enough negative words to describe the disgusting low level customer service displayed by General Manager Tawnia Bloom. We have rented a spot for the past 6 months, were invoiced for and paid over 9000.00 in that time. Today, before we were hung up on by Ms Bloom, she threatened to have the police called to physically remove our trailer that is paid up through Jan 1/2024 which we showed her on our invoice. Tawnia Bloom states her "system" (the same one that sent us the invoice paid through Jan 1) has our reservation ending Dec 27/23. So despite admitting that the system is faulty we were forced to pull the trailer out of the lot...even though we have paid through Jan 1/2024. That is quite a racket..charging a customer for more days than they are actually allowed to stay in the park then threatening to call the police when challenged with the accuracy of this information. What seems apparent is this business is about a money grab..as the conversation went on Tawnia Bloom went on to say that the rate we were quoted today when we called customer service to extend our stay was incorrect and since it was season the rate would be significantly higher..and now suddenly the appearance of the trailer was brought into the conversation...funny enough that has not been mentioned prior to today. Folks..if you want to spend alot of money and be treated with complete disrespect..this is the place for you..If you are wise, take your money elsewhere..There are many other very nice parks that will not cost you nearly as much money or fraudulently bill you for a stay that is shorter than what you paid for...RUN"

"Science the corp. took over lots thinks go down . they had cold water in the pool for a few days(during Christmas holiday)(kids made pool in 1 outdoor jacuzzi, and nobody cares ). Jacuzzi indoor not worked last year in December 2021 and not working in Dec 2022. Wet sauna broken. indoor shower 3 in 4 stalls no soap. very bright light in pool area ( what is this; stadium arena?) One think they knew how to fix it : increased price about 30% Unfourtenetly did not know I can add pictures here . I would certainly do it ."

"Been here before several times and give a good review. But this time around this place is insane crazy since the new administration. Very discouraged about this campground. The man that claim to be the General Manager was very discriminatory towards me and few other guests. I was there with my family for July 4th I put some flags for decoration and he ask me to take them down. I understand is there policy but it needs to be equal to everyone. I made a reservation for 5 days and I end up leaving 1 day earlier because I felt harass every day because different managers pass by during the day looking if I placed the flags back. I paid good money to enjoy this place, instead I was disrespected. Never again."
