"When our son lost student housing due to COVID, University Row became his home for 3 years and was a very affordable alternative to living on campus. Audrey (the apartment manager) went above and beyond in responding when we had questions. When he left town for a hurricane, she even let us know when power had been restored so he could return. Turnover seemed pretty normal - our son had a few neighbors who stayed the same throughout his entire 3 years there. The one big con was hot water. My son's part of the building didn't have hot water for many months but my understanding is they had it in other parts of the building. He also wasn't persistent in reporting it so that may have had something to do with it. We cleaned out the apartment well when he moved out and Audrey even got his security deposit back to him at his new address with no issues. Overall, for what he paid this was a decent alternative to campus housing. Many neighbors were older adults but that gave some stability and a sense that people were watching out."

"I love living here! I've been here a year now. It is so well managed and taken care of. It's very safe and quiet, and everyone is considerate. I'm a college student and it has been such a good place to live on my own for the first time. I have recommended it to friends of mine, who now live here too!"

Ruben in maintenance is kind and responsive as well. It’s very quiet and peaceful here day and night. I’ve met quite a bit of other tenants that live here as well and everyone has been kind and generous. Im happy to be living in this great community!"

"I've been a resident at University Row for about 6 months. Honestly, I can't say that I have any complaints. Audrey, the property manager, is very attentive and kind. I moved in right after the big "covid" pandemic started and things were kind of scary, she did her best to make us feel at ease, accomodate us as tenants. The pool is very well maintained, you never see anyone loitering or partying outside... Its just a nice, peaceful place to live. I haven't rented from anyone besides family in over 18 years, but for my second rental experience, I have to say that I honestly wouldnt mind living here until I can one day afford to buy my own home. Which brings me to my last and final point. The rent is so affordable for the area. Water and electric is included, and for all of that, this place is the best option for someone who is just establishing themselves, someone who is trying to save up for a home, or someone who lives by themselves."
