Hunters Glen Apartments

"I moved to Hunters Glen almost a year ago, and I have loved it! It is in a convenient location, close to downtown, and has many shops, restaurants, UTC, and beaches nearby. It is also easy to access major roads in Sarasota from here. I love that it is very family friendly, with kids and families always playing outside. The amenities are also good. Management is helpful, and are always quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and maintenance is always quick to complete requests. There hasn't been an issue that hasn't been resolved in a timely manner. The only thing I can complain about is that there isn't much storage throughout the apartment, but that does help keep clutter to a minimum. Regardless, I look forward to another year here!"

"This is my second time living in these apartment 3 years apart . I now have 2 year old daughter and I feel safe with security always walking around. Lots of things to do with her. We have a pool and a little park to play in. Most Affordable place in the area."

"I moved from North Port to Sarasota last year so I could be closer to work. I was a little skeptical about moving into an apartment, never lived in an apartment community before. Hunters Glen was the first place I applied to. I honestly feel like I made the right choice with Hunters. The one thing I love about this place is that it’s pet friendly, the location is great, close to downtown, close to schools and shops, I’m minutes from my office. The rooms are spacious, not what I had expected, very affordable! Everyone in my building is nice, polite, and respectful. The office staff is always there to answer any questions you have, very polite and courteous, maintenance is quick to look at any issues you have. The community is quiet with a big pool! If I could give Hunters Glen a 10 rating, I would. My experience here has been extremely pleasant!!!!"

"Very nice layout and very nice design to the apartments. Very clean and updated. I was surprised. The neighborhood seems to be very nice. It's located right next door to Ed Smith stadium. A little bit of a headache dealing with traffic on days that there are baseball games. But that's not the end of the world. It's been quiet most of the time here. Rent is reasonable, considering the market right now. But they're able to get you moved in right away. Very close to grocery stores and gas stations. If you have kids there is a school very close. Actually there's a couple. You just need to do your homework, lol. Overall not a bad place to live."

"This was the first place we went to check out apartments in Sarasota. It had popped up on everyone's lists of people looking for us. It served to fit our criteria of convenience, price, safety and amenities. Theyoung woman who greeted us was very professional. She's been there a couple of years and lives on the property. She took is on a tour of the facilities and took us to the model. Honestly, it's an apartment, so you know it's only going to be so much to see. The rooms are a good size as is the walk-in closet in the master. The second bath is also a good size. They had exactly what we were looking for in a safe and relatively quiet neighborhood. It isnext to the Orioles stadium so we know there could be some rowdy nights. We wanted to do out due diligence despite the fact that we liked the community. She suggested we look at their sister property up the road. We were totally unimpressed. The woman didn't introduce herself, didn't ask or madness and genuinely didn't seem interested in having us there. She was just short of rude. We felt as though we were bothering her despite the fact that we knew we had to find a place that week. Her attitude sealed it for us. We went back to Hunters Glen and filled out the paperwork, gave our deposit and application fee and waited. When she needed help getting verifications, she called right away because she knew we didn't want to go back home without knowing where we were moving. I can't say enough about how helpful she was. Just diligent in every step. We got the apartment. It's a lovely property with a pool, gym, clubhouse, meeting rooms, playground, lake and next to a conservancy with trails. It's clean. We have driven through several times at different times of the day and week. Always the same, well maintained place. If you are looking, this is a good place to call home."
