"I have been living here since 2021. It’s a quiet place with very good management. The maintenance crew are great and speedy with my requests. I always have my questions answered promptly and everyone is really nice including my neighbors. The landscape is beautiful and well kept. The apartments are decent sized. I do wish there was a grill near the pool area like other complexes but other than that everything is wonderful."
"Awful community ,No security cameras in the community and the gates are always open, there were multiple instances of crime in this community ( car windows shattered and robbed) , the apartment was broke in . the dogs walk unleashed, you can hear the neighbors walking / stomping as the construction is old, there are roaches in some units . These people doesn’t help the tenants in any way when there is any concern other than maintenance, I asked for any other unit to move in because of the break in that happened concerning our safety but they told nothing is available but that’s not true (my friend was able to get it ) and the upstairs neighbors were fighting and screaming many nights making noise on the floor as well but management didn’t take any significant action after complaints. Some of the units mail boxes are broken hence we have to collect the mails personally in the leasing office . And finally In terms of refunding the deposit they just try to loot as much they can by giving absurd reasons.Few people who live here don’t behave well and I doubt if the leasing office does any background check on the tenants applying for residency. The leasing office people showed their rude attitude and didn’t handover my mails to my wife as I was not able to collect it personally because I had surgery on my knee, I even told them I will release an authorization letter with id proof and medical docs but still they refused and hence I went directly with my injured leg , I mean whose fault is that the mail boxes are broken ? If it wasn’t broken I would have collected the mails with the key . I felt they were taking personal revenge on me as I was moving out. I am glad that I moved out of this community after 5 years. You may have good experience if you are lucky and now the rents have gone crazy high for this location which doesn’t worth as there is nothing around ."
"Wow! I was considering moving here, the operative word is "was". I'll pass. And it's not due to the tenant reviews, it due to the owner's responses. The fact that you all are putting people's business on a public forum because you're in your feelings about them giving you a low rating, tells more about you all as landlords/management and your lack of professionalism. I definitely wouldn't trust renting from a management like this. I do however thank you for confirming that the low ratings were accurate and well deserved, this saved me wasting application fees. I'm very appreciative"
"I debated for months before writing this review, but I’m at my wits end. The main reason is because the employees at the front office are nice and helpful, especially Corey. My complaint is that the floors/walls are thin and there isn’t enough action taken to reinforce the noise ordinance. I’ve made complaints in the past and even talked directly to the neighbors and the noise is ongoing. Stuff is dragged loudly across the floor, heavy equipment is being thrown around daily, bc I assume one of them operate a business out of the unit which requires loud power tools starting early morning until late at night. It’s a 1 bd/1 ba unit, but like the previous residents there are multiple adults and kids living there that run about the unit and constantly slam doors. ** There should be a restriction implemented that families with young kids cannot occupy upstairs units or something. Furthermore, there is no penalty for remaining disruptive so filing a complaint is null. But to not take action is inconsiderate to those of us that pay to live here and do so respectfully. I’m not asking anyone to tip toe, talking loudly doesn’t bother me, but the very noticeable slamming of objects and stomping on the floor need to be addressed and if the kids cannot be controlled then another unit should be considered. Besides the noise I don’t have any other complaints. It’s safe for walking, even at night. The grounds are well maintained and on the right day you may be able to see a gator and turtles swimming in the pond which is a great."
"Horrible! Staff changes every other month. Manager is rude. Water bill is outrageous!! Floors and walls are so thin it sounds like the neighbors are in your apartment! Bugs, bugs, bugs!!!! Don't let the appearances fool you! This place is awful!!! Garbage piles up on weekends and holidays! (see photos)"
