"horrible communication and they throw away your items if you leave them behind. i left a blanket behind that i’ve had for years that my mother gave to me and i called just a few hours after i checked out and they magically didn’t have it. i told them exactly where i was staying and i remembered where it was the morning i checked out. but the don’t have it. either someone took it or they threw it away because they just don’t care. they took forever to pick up the phone when i called and when i managed to get anyone, i was on hold for about ten minutes and they came up empty handed. i’m not sure what they’re policies are for lost items but im sure it’s not throwing away peoples property. especially sentimental property."

"Unfortunately, unfortunately at the same time I’m A patient at Moffitt Cancer Center. On their list it says I can get a hotel room for $79 when you call it’s $179. The customer service absolutely stinks here I went to check out the rooms anyway to see if I get a better deal, no managers are available. The rooms are disgusting and Moffitt Cancer Center should not even have them on their list."

"I stayed here for one day . There was an unpleasant smell coming from the vents I could not even use the air conditioning. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. I am a traveling stylist and was charged an $100 cleaning fee upon leaving due to the fact they had to clean up hair from the floor because I had to rush out the room and had no time to clean it. That is your job, to clean the rooms and I should not be charged for simply using the room for whatever I deemed to use it for especially if there were no damages, stains on the carpet, or issues. I personally would not recommend anyone to stay here."

"The staff is friendly but the hotel became ghetto. The smell of weed is always apparent, kids running up and down hallways with parents/guests yelling their conversations at midnight. Pillows and beds are worn. However, I can't emphasize enough that the front desk staff are extremely friendly. I hope they can take care of their ghetto problem"
