The Row Waterside Apartments

"Absolutely love it here! Only thing I would change is where they placed the street lamp. It illuminates my entire outdoor living space (which attracts all the bugs) and my bedroom. Not all of the buildings have the street lights directly on the building, so not sure why they chose to do that here. Easy fix with blackout curtains for my bedroom. Other than that I’m so excited to be living here! It’s extremely peaceful, so much to do, everyone is extremely friendly, maintenance is quick to respond to issues, always clean everywhere, and definitely feels like resort style living!!"

"I moved into The Row two months ago and absolutely love the complex. We walked into The Row the first day to tour the apartment complex and everyone was so welcoming. Rae immediately helped us with all our questions and was there every step of the way from getting us setup and making sure our apartment was ready for when we moved in. Since being here, any upkeep or issues we’ve had are resolved within 24 hours. The complex is well kept and everything clean and beautiful. The assistant manager, Julie and all the staff have been so helpful and awesome to work with. We have absolutely loved our experience and love all that The Row has to offer."

"This is an update, after all the problem the good a quick answer from Julie made me loved again what I liked in the beginning. There’s still things to work on it but just wanted to say also the good side of the story. - - - They gave me the keys and the apartment wasn’t ready. A crack in the tub, painting in the floor, the door of the master is broken, a lot of bugs, the lights are not working. But the worst problem i have it now. I receive a mirror from Amazon last night and I left the package out of my door with another box, because I still have so many things to put together. This morning the box was gone."

"I’ve been at The Row Waterside Apartments staying with a friend for a few days. I’ve been very impressed with the premises and amenities. It’s beautiful and provides just about anything I could want. All the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful even though I don’t live here (yet?!) I need to call out the assistant manager (I think her name is Julie Nichols). She did a great job telling me about the Row and went above and beyond to help me with some travel-related issues I had. She almost single-handedly sold me on moving here! Thanks for a lovely time in Sarasota!"
