"This apartment complex is a Major scam. I Submitted my application and it took over 10days for me to get a response. The whole time I'm getting excuses why I have no answer of aproval or denial. Upon me calling back a number that they prevously texted and called me it was disconnected. Come to find out paperwork was never submitted and they couldn't give me a reason. I called back on day 10 of this process and my application was denied. In the middle fo all this going on I applied for another apartment and was approved in 2days. I requested my $250 admin fee back due to none approval because there is no way that I was approved for another complex that checks the same information and not this one. It was a scam the whole time to get additional money from people submitting apapplications and to denie them and keep the admin fee. RUN AS IF YOU SEE A FOREST FIRE!"

"I love my spacious beautifully furnished apartment. The management is great everything is done with professionalism and in a timely manner. I have a perfect example of an incident that happened to us. We went away for the weekend and came by to a broken ceiling in our kitchen from someone else’s washer leak. I don’t know why they didn’t report it. But I called management on the weekend and 1 hr later Ricardo the maintenance guy was at our apartment repairing the ceiling. He fix the leak upstairs and then came back to fix ours it took a couple of days because he had to let it dry and painted. Now that’s fast an efficient. I’m very happy with Ricardo’s work. He is a very hard worker and respectful."

"I have been here 5 years, this year the new management has finally upgraded the community. The level of professionalism the maintenance team has is unmatched ! They have made several improvements to the services they provide and Nathan in the front office has been so helpful. I am very impressed and glad I stayed another year."

"This apartment has some of the worst management I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Your unit will have tons of roaches that will never be taken care of, and they will charge every bit of your security deposit and more. No matter how clean you leave it. Don't stay here, do yourself a favor and live anywhere else to avoid the headache. Not to mention there was always a massive drug problem in the complex, with multiple police calls made."
