"I've been at this hotel on and off for years STEVE is the reason I'm still there he handles everything that needs to be handled the very first time I mentioned a problem. He is by far the best manager around He is not the only good employee this place is filled with caring individuals. Pat also is top of the line with service so thank you Steve and pat both for a pleasant stay"
"My mom was at Hospice and we wanted a room close by, so we ended up at Extended Stay, which are very reasonably priced. At first glance, the rooms looked okay, but the problems just continued to grow. The first day, the shower wouldn't turn on. The second day, we had bugs in the kitchen. Third day, our toilet leaked all over. I was happy the room had a stove, microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator and customer service was very good. Maintenance did fix the shower and the toilet. They also had someone come in to spray for bugs. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, but I doubt that I would ever stay there again due to all the problems we experienced."

"I stopped by not long ago because my APARTMENTS " KITCHEN CAUGHT ON fire due to faulty wiring plus lost my beautiful animal, let me just say that the SECURITY GUARD WORKING ON NOVEMBER 11TH SHOULD BE FIRED!!! HE HAD NO RESPECT FOR ANYTHING I WAS SAYING, NOR DID HE Care! TEMPERATE GUESS, PLS DO NOT BE FOOLED, THESE LONG TIME RESIDENCE ARE TREATED HORRIBLE, THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO APPRECIATE THERR GUESTS MORE! THEY WOULDN'T EVEN HAVE A JOB IF IT WERE NOT FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!"
"Even though the room had been redone, floors painted and cleaned up a bit, the roach infestation is uncalled for. I understand we are post COVID but it's necessary to take care of such an issue."
